CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that your schedule can change. Let us know to cancel or reschedule your appointment 24hrs in advance. Appointment canceled within same day of appointment will incur 50% of the service fee.

If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will reschedule your appointment to another time that works better.

We do not offer refunds on salon appointments, but if you call before 24hrs to cancel, we will reschedule for you based on your convenience and use your previous payment for the new appointment.
